Through years of experience in appearances on behalf of employers at the CCMA, at the levels of mediation and arbitration, as well as chairing numerous disciplinary enquiries for local and international companies, Byron is able to provide the necessary advice, support, representation and independent role playing as circumstances dictate.

Byron also offers his expertise in the mediation of workplace disputes at all levels within an organisation, by providing a confidential and voluntary process to assist those in dispute in developing mutually agreeable solutions to improve their future working relationships.

Byron specialises in preparing and presenting in-house labour workshops, in-person and/or online on labour relation skills, investigating, initiating and chairing disciplinary enquiries and refresher courses on whatever specific needs clients may require.

Latest labour law amendments and updates on developments in case law as well as current related events can be catered for according to specific needs.

In general, Byron also offers advice on matters such as employment contracts, policies and procedures, employment equity and any other employment-related matters that require specific attention in a particular client’s circumstances.
